The Homecoming Dance (open to all students) will be from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the cafeteria on Friday, October 1. Students are invited to come to the dance after the football game!

2010 Hampshire County College Fair at ARHS
All ARHS students are invited to attend the 2010 Hampshire County College Fair, which this year will be held at ARHS on Tuesday evening, September 28, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the ARHS gymnasium. Representatives from approximately 150 colleges will be waiting to talk with students about their institutions. Take advantage of this great opportunity.

There will be a college essay writing workshop for high school seniors on Wednesday, September 29, from 7 pm to 9 pm, at Smith College in the Carroll Room, in the Campus Center.

Knowledge is Power - The PowerSchool Portal is Open
The PowerSchool Portal for students and families opened on Monday, September 20. It allows students and parents/guardians to view students' attendance and grades. The goal of the PowerSchool Portal is to support students in taking ownership of their academic progress and to help nurture independence and maturity.
Amherst Regional Athletics Hall of Fame Inductees 2010
This year’s Induction Ceremony will be on September 25, 2010 at the Marriott Courtyard. There will be a reception at 5:00 pm and dinner and ceremony at 6:00 pm. For tickets and more information, call the Athletic Director’s Office at 362-1747.
The Prudential Spirit of Community Award
Prudential wants to applaud young people who are making a positive difference in their towns and neighborhoods, and who inspire others to think about how they might contribute to their communities. Winners are eligible for a cash prize, a trip to Washington, D.C., and a chance to inspire other young people to get involved in volunteering.
