The final episode of Season One of the student-produced awesome "Student News" will air 6/22, 6/23, and 6/24 on ACTV (Amherst Community Television) at 9:30pm, channel 12.  In addition to the Headlines and Feel-Good-Story-of-the-Week, this sixth episode will feature "interesting" moments from the Amherst School Committee over the past year; a Nose-to-Nose segment on the newest Star Trek movie; and a behind-the-scenes tour of Student News.

Student News is currently recruiting students, ages 14-17, to join our 2009-2010 production team as reporters, crew members, videographers, etc. (No experience necessary.)  Go to our website at www.meridianconsulting.biz/studentnews for dates/times/locations of upcoming informational meetings.  Student News is an independently produced, monthly half-hour news show produced by high schoolers in the Pioneer Valley.
