All parents/guardians of ARHS students are members of the ARHS Parent Center.

Any non-parent/non-guardian nominated for membership to the Advisory Board by a majority of the members present and voting at a meeting of the board shall become a member of the board with full privileges and vote.

The official mission of the Parent Center from its By Laws says:

"The purpose of the Parent Center shall be to enhance communication and involvement among parents/guardians of diverse backgrounds and origins, the school, and the community in order to 1) promote the well being of all ARHS students, and 2) reflect the racial, ethnic and socio-economic diversity of the student body."
